Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Course
This short and simple course teaches the student how to design a comparative market analysis (CMA) for land or property. While calculating a CMA is not the same thing as an appraisal, this course is useful for students who want to learn how to calculate the approximate value of real estate entering the market.
